The structure of a 15-story office building with one basement floor is consists of an in-situ RC skeleton with flat slabs. The basement floor and a substantial part of the base are used for parking and technical rooms. The rest of the base contains business premises. The building is interesting at first glance by the unusual mass solution of the superstructure of the building and every passer-by will be attracted, of course, by the overhang of a substantial part of the mass of the building into the open space and by the static solution of this anomaly by means of sloping, nearly 10-meter-high reinforced concrete pillars made of architectural concrete.
