The 115-m-high building of the former Press Center in Bratislava on Pribinova Street underwent structural modifications in order to increase the technical and aesthetic standard and reduce the energy demandingness of the operation. The building has 28 floors and 2 underground floors. In the object there has been proposed to the removal of partition walls, floors, ceilings, piping and cable lines. Among other modifications there was proposed strengthening of secondary floor girders and complete renewal of curtain walls and cladding. Thanks to the reconstruction, this building has been set into the lucrative district of the developing waterfront at the Apollo Bridge.
